Terms & Conditions

General

  • We reserve the right to close Moore’s Paws Dog Paddock at any time, for which a full refund will be given. Cancellation will be notified to the person who booked the paddock.

  • We reserve the right to refuse admission to or evict any person or dog from Moore’s Paws Dog Paddock if we deem it necessary (without liability to you).

  • From time to time and for specific reasons only, we may issue discount codes. If anyone is found using a discount code that has not specifically been issued to them, we reserve the right to cancel their booking.

  • We shall be allowed access into Moore’s Paws Dog Paddock at any time, including during your booking time slot to carry out inspections, and any decisions made by us regarding safety and fitness of use is final.

  • Cars are parked and contents left within the car, at your own risk. We do not accept responsibility or liability for any loss or damage of property or vehicles on our premises.

  • You enter the Moore’s Paws Dog Paddock at your own risk and your own responsibility. Moore’s Paws Dog Paddock is not liable for any death, damage, injury or loss to any person or animal while using the facility or any equipment within it, or to any third party as a result of any person or dog, except where such death or personal injury to a person is caused by our negligence.

  • Moore’s Paws Dog Paddock is for canine use only. Before using the facility or any equipment within it, it is your responsibility to confirm with your vet that your dog(s) is/are physically fit and strong enough to perform any activities in the paddock.

  • All dogs using the field must be wormed and have all vaccinations up to date or have been titre tested.

  • If your dog is ill or has been ill within the last 48 hours prior to your session time, please cancel your session and re-book it as required.

  • Do not use equipment in wet or icy conditions, as surfaces become slippery and may injure you or your dog(s).

  • Never push dogs to do anything that they are not physically or mentally capable of. Allow dogs to go at their own pace and always give them the option of not doing something.

  • If you bring children to Moore’s Paws Dog Paddock, they are your responsibility and need to be supervised at all times. We accept no responsibility for any injury or harm.

  • You are not permitted to interfere with or make any alterations to Moore’s Paws Dog Paddock.

  • You are liable for any damage caused inside or outside of Moore’s Paws Dog Paddock, including without limitation to any equipment which we provide, by you, your dog(s) or any person in your party.

  • This is a paddock, so please be careful as the ground may be uneven, wet and slippery – please wear appropriate clothing and footwear.

  • You will not do yourself, or permit the operation or release of any high flying object (e.g. Drones) without the prior written consent of us, the Civil Aviation Authority and relevant Airports.

  • Smoking is not permitted anywhere on our premises.

  • Climbing on the fencing and gates is strictly prohibited.

  • In keeping with the law regarding ‘responsible dog ownership’, you are entirely responsible for yours and your dog(s) safety whilst making use of the paddock.

 

Arrival, using the paddock and departure

  • When you book Moore’s Paws Dog Paddock, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS of your booking. 24 hours prior to your time slot, you will receive an email which will contain the PIN for entry into the paddock. Please do not give this PIN to anyone else.

  • You must close the gate to the road upon entry and exit for safety reasons.

  • Please do not arrive any earlier than 10 minutes before your booking start time. If you arrive early, please stay in your vehicle until the previous visitor and their dog(s) are safely inside their vehicle.

  • You time slot includes you entering and exiting the paddock. Please respect the next customer by ensuring that you and you dog(s) have left the paddock and are safely back inside your vehicle prior to the end of your time slot.

  • No extension is allowed for any late arrival to the paddock.

  • Dogs should not be left unattended at any time. You should accompany your dog at all times, so that you are aware of what you pet is doing and that they are safe.

  • You MUST clear up after your dog(s).  Poop bins have been provided, please use them. Failure to do so may result in you being unable to book future sessions.

  • It is recognised that, due to the nature of the paddock, it is possible you might not see where your dog(s) has pooped. If you do happen to come across a poop that someone else has missed, please pick it up and dispose of in the Poop bins provided. Hopefully by doing this, we can keep the paddock in a clean condition for all users.

  • Please do not leave any rubbish in the paddock or car park, please take it home with you or use the bin provided.

 

Refund Policy

  • No refunds if you cancel

  • No refunds are given for no show to your booking or late arrival

  • We reserve the right to close Moore’s Paws Dog Paddock at any time, for which a full refund will be given. Cancellation will be notified to the person who booked the paddock.
